Fabricating From Scraps

Here are three small art quilts I made using the corner clippings from the zig zag border of my Noah's Ark crib quilt.

Same fabrics used but I laid tulle over the one on the left and didn't cover the raw edges of the triangles with black strips. 

"Buttons and Bows"

The sheer fabric with embroidered bows overlay added extra dimension  on this little quilt. Antique baby rickrack and assorted buttons bumped up the wow factor.  I'm in my element when salvaged items come together in a fun way.
